The staff at the reception have always been friendly & helpful
The service in the restaurant is avarage.
I often had the impression, that some of the waiters are daydreaming.
There was NO hot water available in room 110.
I only came to know that at 4 in the morning while showering.
There was not enough light at the main exit of the hotel.
I had to step out in the darkness, to get in to my taxi.
Saving energy, does not mean to turn off lights,at the main entrance / exit, just because there is nobody expected during that time.

Very good atmosphere for stay. No charging in early check in which is a very positive sign. Clean and decent hotel. I love it. I will continue staying whenever I come to Pune.

I disliked the fact, that there was no possibility to order to eat and drink before the restaurant of the hotel would open at 19:00 hrs.
The roomservice also is not able to serve anything till the restaurant is open in the evening.
Very poor service, for such a nice hotel !!
