Such a lovely place to stay in Quebec City! Especially if you have one of the rooms that looks out on the peaceful green park and a distant view of the river. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well appointed. The place is in a very quiet location, yet close to all the things you'd want to go to (right across a street from the Chateau Frontenac). One two little issues, both of which are resolvable. The air conditioning cannot be individually controlled and it was sometimes too cold for us. We resolved that by turning it off for awhile, then turning it back on if needed. The other thing was that the red wine in the wine dispenser was terrible (in our opinion)...and was refrigerated. We solved that by buying a bottle of wine at the cute little grocery store a block away. We loved our stay at Hotel Manoir Vieux Quebec!

Ideal location directly on small park adjacent to Chateau Frontenac....perfect for couples.
Contemporary fixtures, comfortable bedding and exceptionally attentive and service oriented staff offer the casual traveler a great value in a wonderful, historic city towering above the St. Lawrence river.
