Using a machine to check in was easy and convenient but also felt impersonal and as such we felt like we had no contact with reception staff.
Room was large, comfortable and clean. Bathroom the same.
Didn’t have breakfast as we felt €20 quite expensive especially for small appetites. There was a coffee machine in the room but we couldn’t work it (no instructions) and a very small supply of coffee pods and tea bags. There was also a coffee machine in the lobby area though (chargeable?)
Location was good, away from the crowds but easy to reach the city centre.

This is a nice hotel with a helpful staff in a quiet neighborhood. There are nice restaurants to eat at, Lidl nearby across the street and next to the tram line which is the best way to get to the city center day and night without a connection. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and there is a mini fridge in the room which is convenient.
