This was our favorite place in the Galapagos Islands. The property is stunning, the decor is amazing, but what makes this place truly stand out is its staff and their hospitality. The manager Cattya is the best manager we have ever met. She personally ensures that every guest's stay is extraordinary, everyone is taken care of, and every detail is thoroughly thought through. Thank you, Cattya, for making it a 5-star experience! All we wish for is that we had more time at this wonderful place. We hope to be back and stay longer next time!

The staff was great. The included breakfast was delicious. We stayed one night and had dinner which was one of the best meals on Santa Cruz. What really set the hotel apart from others was the fact that we were able to check in when we arrived at 10:30 am. The grounds were beautiful with about 15 to 20 giant tortoises roaming freely among coffee, banana and orange trees. I would definitely recommend them.

We got to see giant turtles on the hotel grounds. Staff was very pleasant and made our stay excellent.

We were here for one night leading up to our cruise out of Baltra Island. The stay worked well for us for the short stay.
