The room was large and comfortable with very high ceilings making it seem even bigger. The room was clean and everything worked well. The AC blowing on me was the only negative. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was ample parking as 80 % of the hotel was airline pilots and staff and they had no cars. The location was convenient as well. Great spot to stay in Bentonville.

Location is good. The rooms were clean however, the bed in our hotel room was broken in the middle. We didn’t notice it until we got back from our event late. It made for a very uncomfortable sleep, waking up very sore.
We mentioned to the staff Tod and he said he’ll look into it. *Room 230, Bed closer to the window.* The pool was out of order. :(
