I was upgraded to a beautiful room, but there was not a refrigerator in it.. I addressed the issue with the person at the front desk, and after I explained my request, and being a frequent guest, I know there are other rooms with a refrigerator, they went out of their way to accommodate my request and find one for me. I was very grateful for it.
I think it is worth mentioning the high level of customer satisfaction policy on all staff of the Maria Bonita hotel throughout all the amenities.

We arrived at around 3:00 pm Friday May 30th, at the registration desk there was 4 people working, one on the phone, the other one was reading some documents and the other 2 young ladies were visiting talking away about how are they doing and so on!!! Ignoring us completely!! I mean completely, there for we got away from the desk to waited till they finished their conversation!!!
A simple hello we will be you in a minute - some type of acknowledgement! The first impression is key for customers/clients to any business!!!!
Other than that our stay was good.
