Second time we have stayed here. Amazing roof top views of São Paulo. Location is great too walkable to shopping mall, stadium and more.

The location and roof top views here amazing. The room was a bit small but ok for us. The bed sheets were smelly and dirty. A better explanation on how the housekeeping works would be great. I paid for cleaning when I booked it for 2 days I asked how housekeeping works and was told to call a number if I needed anything so I did call and they wanted to charge me for extra towels toilet paper and cleaning again, so I just said no because I already paid. I had to use dirty towels. Check in process was a bit delayed too they would never send me the apartment number or code to get into the building.

There was no connection to the wi fi , the tv didn’t work . The bedroom was dirty
