Overall it was good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only issue we had in our room was that the heat was very high and we weren’t able to regulate it, aside from that, our stay was well.

Property was in a great location, in the middle of the high end shopping district. Close to the duomo and other areas.
However, we didn’t get specific instructions with the codes ahead of arrival and if you arrive past 5, which we did, you are essentially locked out of the building and there wasn’t any front desk attendant. You need multiple codes, one to the main gate and one to another door once you are inside. We couldn’t get in because they didn’t tell us the codes so we had to trail someone into the building and found an envelope with my name at the front desk, without a front desk attendant, which included the codes. The room is small and bathroom is tight, which is typical of European rooms. Overall not a bad stay but they can improve check in process.

I loved staying here, the rooms were beautiful the area was perfect and close to most of the sites I wanted to see around the city. I look forward to coming back to Milan and staying here again. The staff and the receptionist at the front was so kind and helpful, nothing but the best to say about this place

Clean room
Air conditioning is controlled so it got warm but the fan helped a lot
Shops nearby and in a great location to walk around. Perfect sized room and helpful staff always making sure you have everything you need. Thank you !!
