The location was fantastic, and the apartment itself was lovely. Had everything we needed for our 4 night stay in Milan. They even delivered a toaster for us at very short notice.
The door was a little hard to unlock but we just weren’t used to these types of locks.

The location was great and the room was clean and bright. The air con worked well and the bathroom was fantastic.
One of the blinds had fallen off the wall so the light shone in.

Location
Very noisy building / room not sound proof at all. Could hear every room door open inside the building including front door 3 stories down
