房间很大，衣橱很大，可以挂好多衣服，我很满意，酒店是老式经典酒店，家具是老式，但我喜欢，好像回到旧时光。床很舒服，房间很干净。空调很好。房间安静。早餐丰富，服务人员很专业，照顾周到。离地铁只走3分钟。离la scala 走11分钟。周围有很好的餐馆。
wi-fi在房间里信号不好，可能因为建筑墙壁厚，建议在每楼层加wi-fi增强moderm。

Location, room size , having a bath as well as a shower , breakfast we’re good
Only one lift working on out stay , the one that did work sounded like it was about to break . Lift mended on last day but not working for 3 days.
Internet was unusable most of the time which really affected our planning and research for where to go and booking restaurants .
The Aircon didn’t work , the first night in particular was dreadful we got no sleep ,the balcony window had a sign saying broken . I asked at reception for a fan and got a blunt no.
At night the entrance to the hotel was surrounded by homeless people and tents . Very scary one night getting into hotel.

Great location a few minutes away from Duomo. Clean rooms. Polite and helpful staff.
Air condition could not be turned on and central heating could not be turned off. Opening the window to cool room because it was too warm inside resulted in noise from: shouting outside till late in the night ; construction work nearby starting at 6 a.m.; road cleaning at 3a.m.
