Excelent customer service, super clean room and great location. Missing hair conditioner in shower, only shampoo. Air conditioner too noisy. Good stay overall

It was a floor inside a building, so limited amenities, but the rooms are 5 star standard, clean and comfortable and the staff (Melissa) went above and beyond and explained in details what we could and how to access, she was really helpful. The location is good 18 min walk to center and easy access by metro.

The included breakfast is not served on the hotel premises; it is offered at two separate establishments: Nui and Bioserri. Nui's breakfast selection is quite limited, offering only croissants, coffee, and juice. Bioserri's breakfast is slightly more varied. It's important to note that the hotel is located on the third floor of an undeveloped residential and office building, and the signage is not clear.
