I come to Berlin once a year and this hotel is always my go to. During my stay this week, everything was wonderful: Clean, comfortable, well situated and friendly staff!

Basic amenities, clean room, not very spacious.
Staff is friendly and helpful, well located, and close to the Berlin mall and other shops.

The continental breakfast was first rate. And the staff wonderful. The staff at the front desk were helpful and there knowledge of English was a excellent.
