The staff were courteous and very helpful. It's nice to have an elevator for seniors with disabilities. The irony is that the bathroom and rooms are accessibility-ready, but there's no elevator.

I particularly liked that the rooms were clean, renovated and well organized. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The only issue I found was a shortage one morning of hot water but it appeared to be resolved on the morning we left.
All in all it was good.
