Excellent value for money, wonderful and helpful staff, beautiful garden area, it felt like home away from home. The location was very good also. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location in central Thamel, good friendly staff with excellent knowledge of the area. Garden was great for relaxing and breakfast was good value being included.
We saw staff being abused by a drunken, argumentative Swedish woman who was a guest, special mention and praise needs to be made to all the young staff that handled the unnecessary situation so well. They remained professional and calm throughout the incident, even when the woman made an inappropriate grab at one of the young men when she realised she was wrong and obviously thought that gesture would be funny and her way of all being forgotten. My great respect goes to you all that had to endure her behaviour.
Our 3rd stay, will definitely go there again.

We stayed here about 5 years ago and since then nothing has been improved or updated. We always liked the garden area but now it is being used for storage of items and so less area to relax and spend quality time. Also new businesses have opened nearby which has increased the noise later into the night. But it is relatively inexpensive and food is reasonable so there are trade-offs.
