Great Location in Manhattan with easy access to Tome Square, transportation and tourist sites…and the staff made this a great experience. Room was kept at a comfortable temp but bathroom smelled like a cigarette through the entire stay and the restaurant in the hotel but not associated with the hotel was our most expensive (twice the cost of restraints) meal for mid-range not so great food. Take the time to walk to a dinner spot and save the money! Would definitely stay again if we come back!!!

First- when we got there our room wasn’t ready, which left us waiting for quite some time. Any other time this would be enough for me to get angry and opens up the opportunity for a bad experience right from the jump. However, the staff at Pestana were INCREDIBLE and so accommodating. They definitely made right with the situation and went above and beyond for us. The building is immaculate. It’s clean, in a great location, and the staff is so kind. They lock the doors at night which is a great safety measure. Room service was on point every day, and it was so refreshing to come back every day to a freshly made bed and clean bathroom. The AC works perfectly and it was easy to adjust the temp in the room so it stayed just how we liked it. I can’t recommend Pestana CR7 enough! We will definitely be back and will be booking again! Thank you Pestana!!
