The staff is exceptional and so kind. The breakfast is included with the stay and has great options such as eggs, fresh fruit, a variety of pastries and more. The room was very clean upon arrival and the grounds are so picturesque. The resort has a private section of the beach with chairs and umbrellas so it’s a great deal for a beach front resort. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant but if the breakfast was any indication, it’s probably delicious! I cannot emphasize how amazing the staff were. Monica especially went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying everything. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice stay along the beach. It’s only a few blocks off the main center of town as well. We had no issues walking from the hotel to shopping areas and (more importantly) no issues accessing the beach! If you book through Expedia there’s a small cost for accessing the beach (it was 30 euros for the access for our whole group but it’s good for your whole stay, so worth it because of all the amenities on the beach anyway! Pristine beach too). Highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed staying here. We came for 4 days prior to going on a cruise from Civitavecchia. It's only 30 minutes from Rome Airport and 45 minutes from the port. Ladispoli town isn't the greatest place, but Riva di Palo is a pretty little oasis on the outskirts of town. The accommodation was very comfortable, the breakfast was great, the beach club was enjoyable with a very helpful lifeguard and a pool. Also, it's only 25 minutes from Roma San Pietro station by train for a day trip and or dinner. There is a very good on site restaurant and a couple of good bars, but there is a wide variety of bars and restaurants in the town about a 10 - 15 minute walk away. We would definitely recommend this place for people looking for somewhere to stay before a cruise.
