Love the area. Hotel is nice and clean. Second time staying there and had the same issue as the first time. Exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom. Shower head leaked and the spout was really loose. Room was not ready at check in & was told they'd call, but they did not. Expected better from Hilton.

I think the addition of a guest safety measure is needed. Room key access is not needed to access the elevator. Anyone can walk in the hotel and have instant access to the floors.
The bathtub in our room (210) did not drain well. Standing in water up to your ankles while taking a shower was not something that I liked.
