Overall great, friendly staff, good location, good room, the breakfast voucher at a cafe is nice (coffee/ croissant). One downside: the room was not very well soundproofed. You could hear what’s going on around and I.e. above you (steps). lt was not extremely bad, and didn’t really care, no problem. But if somebody is very sensitive they may inquire - possibly other room would be better, I had “old lace”
