Amazing stay! The view of Mt. Fuji was spectacular and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We loved everything about our stay, from the toiletries to our in room chef. We would love to come back again!

Everything was perfect. We had a gorgeous view of Mt. Fuji from our room, the hot spring was a delight, and both the hot pot and Japanese breakfast were delicious!

Incredible location, fantastic accommodation, very helpful staff, 5* service. Unlimited free beer from room’s own draught beer tap was spot on.

I had the most amazing 2 night stay at The Sense Fuji. The staff were really friendly, helpful and attentive. The view from my bedroom was incredible - lots of chances to see Mt Fuji! I had a private session in the Onsen with a view of Fuji and it was heavenly. Everything was spotless and there was a huge amount of attention to detail - from the cherry blossom tea and toasted marshmallows on arrival, to comfy clothes and blankets in the room. I highly recommend staying here for a special treat during your Japan trip.
