Spacious apartment. Excellent lake views, (because we were on top on 2nd line). You need transportation to go to town. Check out required is to early, imo. Pet friendly.

The state of the room depends largely on previous tenant.
Depending on how you book, bedsheets and towels may not be included, so worth calling beforehand to check.
You are required to clean after yourself, so will need some washing up liquid, sponge, toilet paper, general toiletteries inc. soap/gel, etc.
My only real issue was with the opening times at reception. closing at 12 and not reopening until 5 pm is not really an acceptable standard in hospitality. Depending on the time you are planning on arriving, you'll have to wait or make sure you call for them to wait for you. We were driving from far and it was a bit stressful to have to plan so carefully.
Equally, on the last day we wanted to leave luggage in the hotel to change, but we would have needed to wait until they opened at 5, so had to pack everything in the morning and change in the car.
