Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating despite the fact that we missed a day because we missed our flight they were still able to arrange all of our trips within 24 hours. Truly amazing.

Great stay at a beautifully landscaped and well kept boutique resort lodge. The room and bed were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the infinity pool and helpful friendly staff. We purchased the half board plan and found the food to be very good quality and beautifully presented. One small area for potential improvement is the continental breakfast options. However, the hot breakfast menu was filled with tasty items. The sunset cruise on the Zambezi River is not to be missed. My husband and I would definitely return to Insika.

A boutique and very personal (only 3 year old) hotel a little outside the main Victoria Falls town. Offers regular free shuttle into town and down to Vic Falls Entrance. Outside the designated times, you have to book taxis but the hotel have an account with reliable supplier. We had the larger signature room which was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Staff are very helpful. Cooked breakfasts are good. Only slight criticism is that dinner can be quite slow and it’s best to go for the fresh cooked grills.
