This was an excellent choice for us, we were two siblings sharing a room. Our beds were cleverly separated by a shelf/bookcase and the beds and linens were very comfortable. Bathroom and shower were great.
Friendly helpful staff. Great location to local transportation and we felt quite safe even though the hotel is in a busy area near the central station.

It is in a really good location, close to train station and also many attractions. Hotel bar is unique and amazing

The room was small (as expected) but had everything I needed for a short stay. Check in/out was smooth.
Location was very central and convenient.
Things to consider:
Central location - noise at night
Historic building - steep stairs
Small room - short bed for a tall person.

The hotel has a very central location in Amsterdam’s Red Light District, making it easy to walk to major attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. However, the area is very loud at night. I was placed in a building just down the street from the main hotel, directly across from a karaoke bar, and the noise continued until around 3 AM every night. The room was fairly basic and did not include an in-room safe.
