Absolutely lovely staff, very accommodating. Because my mum has mobility issues and breakfast was at level -1 (no lift downstairs,just upstairs) we were able to have breakfast at another hotel very close by. Room very clean, big comfortable bed, however no window per se (led into a poorly lit inner courtyard), but I think again this room was chosen for us as it was the most accessible one. Hence room was very dark. All in all, really affordable accommodation in an excellent location close to the central train station and city centre / canals.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, tho keep in mind budget European hotel rooms in old buildings are very small… quaint. Breakfast options were simple but good. No fan or ac, but that’s expected in Europe. Overall can’t beat the location. Very happy with our stay.
