The staff was good. He gave us fruits for the kids since we were leaving so early to our flight we would miss breakfast. Very kind.

Nice and close to the Hanoi International Airport. The staff were friendly and attentive. Not 5-star accommodations but for the price we wouldn’t expect them to be.

Staff very friendly and helpful!
Beds were huge in the twin room.
Only downside was there were some house ants which are not dangerous or problematic really. Otherwise the place was quite clean.
