Nothing but good things to say about my stay. The staff was very polite, offered me suggestions of things to do in the area, helped me out when I lost my charger adapter, and were all around great. The room had a great view of the square, the beds were comfy, the AC worked well, shower water was hot, etc.
While not relevant for most, I thought I’d mention that the shower is a small stall-like shower which only fits one. The area is a little loud but quiets down around 11 pm. I did not have any of the provided breakfast or use the television so I can’t comment on those amenities.
10/10, I plan on staying anytime I’m visiting Split.

We had a great room overlooking the promenade. Spacious, clean, comfortable with kettle and fridge. Location perfect, lots of restaurants, bakeries, gelaterias minutes away. Decent Spar supermarket round the corner. Bus (to airport) and ferries about 15 mins away and even a ok-ish swimming beach a bit further along. Hotel staff helpful and cleaning service excellent. Being on the promenade it was a little noisy at night, but not too bad. Would go back.

They greeted us and were more helpful and welcoming than any other place we stayed in croatia. They are focused on customer first service.

The excellent service began when staff member driver met us at the airport and drove us to town. Mijo pulled our bags to the hotel and up our stairs. Check in fantastic, instructions clear, and room very nice! Bed very comfortable
Location within the castle ideal and close to everything! Highly recommend
