I was given a 2nd floor accessible room even though I did not request it. It was fine but not as convenient for things like showering.
There was also something about the room that made network cell services unusable and airways never able to connect to the wifi. Everything was dial up slow. I've stayed in this property many times and never had this network or wifi issues.

The location is superb! There are restaurants nearby, and above all, access to CWRU is perfect. I will definitely book here again. The staff were polite and kind, making for a pleasant experience.
