Our stay was amazing! Staff was very helpful, the check in was easy and communication throughout our stay was very easy as well. We also had the place to ourselves the whole time! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing place to stay :)

My husband and I stayed at Chongos place for 3 nights, it actually looks better in person than the pictures. They have made some updates and itโs completely fenced with parking available if you have a car. You can see the Arenal Volcano from the property but it was hard to see it completely since the clouds are always around it, we were able to see it a little better on our last day. There are 3 cabins that they rent and the owners have their house also in the same lot. Diana is very responsive on WhatsApp, I needed new towels on my 2nd night and she brought them right away. There are a lot of places to eat nearby and also the town is a short drive away, which I would recommend driving since the weather is unpredictable there and it can rain at any moment. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Chongos place and would recommend it. Thank you, Diana! ๐

Very pleasant quiet stay with a great view of the volcano. Comfortable bed. I sat on the porch and watched the birds flying about including a hummingbird and four macaws.

Amazing place! It is a little outside the town with an amazing view of the volcano. The property was so relaxing with a pool and shaded areas to hang out. So many birds and a beautiful garden! The actual room was good for sleeping and making simple meals but we spent most of our time outdoors on the property. Would stay again!
