Entering to the property was not a good experience. Rest was all good

The property is in an excellent location within a few minutes walk of Farringdon. However, the property has no air conditioning and has an underfloor heating system that cannot be turned off. The result is that during my stay in July the average temperature in the room was 25c. There is no way to open the window, therefore the property was too hot and stuffy. The owner cannot do anything to adjust the temperature. There was also an issue with the code and main door off the street. I also met two other guests who had also experienced the same issue with access. Be aware the property is in a good location, however, the cafes and outlets below on the street receive noisy deliveries from around 5.30am and the bin collection in the street below happens around 7am each morning. Based on the noise level, lack of adjustable temperature setting and hassle with the external door, I will not return to stay at this location. It’s a shame, because the location is good, the specification and cleanliness are also of a good standard and it is let down by the above.
