The staff were very helpful and friendly. Smaller sized resort in a quieter end of Hoi An was ideal.Easy walk to all the sites and restaurant choices

Room was a good size bathroom was fairly modern
Breakfast was excellent with a good choice
Staff at breakfast were excellent especially Luan and both uyens and all the others
Pool was a good size
All in all a very good hotel

Lovely small hotel in an idyllic location, close to old town and markets all within walking distance. Pool and restaurant overlooking river, very spacious premium rooms.
