The neighborhood is nice. There is a choice of convenience stores and restaurants less than ten minutes walk from the apartment. I am a largish American. The size of the shower was a problem. If I turned around while I was in the shower, it was hard not to either bump into the lever that controlled the water temperature or to knock the shower door open. The kitchen sink had a drip, drip, drip that was annoying. I did not report it because I didn't want them doing maintenance during my stay. When I left a message in the morning that I needed more toilet paper, they said told me where to find some elsewhere in the building. They also told me they would put some more toilet paper in the apartment. When I got back in the evening they had not delivered the toilet paper. I did find more in the basement where they said it would be.

Not what I expected. Much more dirtier. The check in process was easy. We had an incident at our room and the staff was helpful so we could change room.

I had to cancel my reservation due to sudden personal circumstances yet I received no refund or any gesture from the property despite being told otherwise.

Lovely clean flat for the money, okay location, no lift but it did the job! Unfortunately went to the wrong place first (clifton village rather than house) and it took 5 calls, 40 minutes and the operator accidentally letting us into someone else’s room before anyone realised, so maybe some better operator training necessary.
