this would have been a five star review- if not for the fact that the hotel had taken on a very large wedding the same weekend we were there. They did not have the staff to support the wedding and associated flood of additional guests- and therefore- the level of service for everyone suffered.
I know this was out of there control- but the wedding group was really rude to other guests- leaving their crap everywhere in the hotel and just being generally loud and rude.
It would have been a perfect stay except for this. I dont blame the staff- someone in management should have seen the surge coming and done something about it.
