The hotel was a charming older property. The lobby area was very pleasant place to sit. Good walking area away from crowded central area. Small grocery nearby for water or snacks. AC was good and the large windows open for nice fresh air if you like.
Staff were helpful and tried their best with English for us.

It was a quaint little hotel in a safe neighbourhood close to all amenities. We walked to most of Paris' main attractions from there. And the A/C worked great!
