If you are looking for an authentic escape rather than a predictable hotel chain, The Boho Tamarindo Hotel is an absolute dream. Tucked away in a charming little nook where you would least expect it, this property defines what it means to be a true hidden gem.
The Highlights
World-Class Hospitality: The staff is the crown jewel of the property. The customer service is warm, attentive, and genuinely amazing from the moment you arrive.
Thoughtful Amenities: A delicious breakfast is prepared fresh for you every morning. They also provide filtered water; if you run out, you can easily refill your pitcher in the beautiful common area.
Things to Know Before You Book
No Televisions: The rooms do not feature TVs. If you are a television person, come prepared. Fortunately, the excellent Wi-Fi makes it easy to set up a laptop to stream your favorite shows.
Resident Pets: The property has a dog and a cat. The dog may bark to greet you when you first arrive, but he is completely friendly and does not bite. If you are not a cat person, a simple, gentle "shoo" is all it takes for the kitty to give you your space.
The Verdict
Any minor quirks are completely overshadowed by how wonderful this place is. The Boho Tamarindo Hotel is an enchanting, restorative sanctuary. I am already planning my return trip. Highly recommended!

BOHO was very cute and everything I needed. It felt very friendly welcoming, and safe. The rooms were very comfortable and pristinely clean. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The made to order breakfast and fresh pressed juices were delicious and very much appreciated. You can walk to most everything. The only thing I would’ve hoped for is a little bar for a night cap or cocktail by the pool. But that was easy to find just a short walk away. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!
