The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and located in a beautiful area. My room was comfortable, and the property met my expectations. The staff during check-in were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made for a great first impression.
Unfortunately, my experience during check-out was much less positive. The level of service was noticeably different. Although I had tipped the staff generously, assistance with luggage was limited and I was left to carry my luggage a considerable distance on my own. When I asked for help arranging a taxi, I was simply directed elsewhere rather than receiving assistance from the property.
I was also disappointed with the attitude and customer service from the property management, which at times felt unhelpful and not guest-focused. While the hotel itself is very good, the service during departure left me with a less favorable overall impression.
Overall, I enjoyed the property and would rate the hotel positively, but I believe there is room for improvement in customer service, especially during the check-out experience.

This hotel was by far one of the best parts of our trip to Greece! It is perfectly located in Oia which means you’re walking distance to the most beautiful places such as the castle where you can watch the sunset and plenty of restaurants to chose from! I was a bit hesitant at first because there are not many pictures but this hotel has the best views on all of Santorini! The rooms are spacious, well maintained and the staff made our stay really special. They helped us coordinate transportation to and from the port and had plenty of recommendations. If you’re thinking of booking this hotel do it! You won’t regret it

The location and room was spectacular. The room was beautiful. The location , views and tranquility one feels looking out to the caldera . Getting to the room you will see a line as you turn off to get to it and there is always a crowd because it is around the corner of a popular picture spot . The views from the room are way better than what everyone is waiting in line for a pic for . I 10/10 recommend this hotel . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

Oia is very busy, but once at the property, you felt in a different world. I booked the cave with the sunset view and felt so far away from the busy streets.
The property was lovely, pretty quiet, clean as well. The hotel staff were very friendly and nice. I recommend this place and will definitely book again.
