Good location, clean, very good breakfast, close to amenities.

Pros:
Staff very attentive and helpful with a few English and Spanish speakers.
Right across the street from Joaquina Rita Bier lake.
A good spot if you don't have a car.
A tour agency is very close.
A pharmacy which is next to a 24 hour gas station with convenience store are about 3 blocks away.
Very nice heated swimming pools.
Breakfasts was simple but good with omelets made to order.
Wi-Fi signal was strong.
The shower and bun gun had strong water pressure.
Air con worked great with no musty smell.
Cons:
The standard room was bit small, I recommended only 2 people.
The jacuzzi jets were weak.
