Large room with fancy bathroom. Nice common area. Good continental breakfast.
Only issue is we didn’t have control of the AC and the vent over the bed intermittently made us cold at night.

Nice big room, comfortable bed. Everything very clean and well appointed. 24/7 Continental breakfast was so convenient with a wide variety of choices to meet everyone’s needs, including gluten-free, dairy, free, etc. The outdoor deck is getting a little worn, but perfectly comfortable with nice seating. Really enjoyed how the room opened onto the front deck if you wanted to pop outside real quick or sit out at the table. It was a lovely spot very close to town. Really a great place to stay.

Very nice B&B outside New Paltz, removed from the road so it’s quiet. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms well appointed. The breakfast area is open 24 hours, so there’s always the possibility of coffee and a snack. It was well stocked with bagels, muffins, fruit, milk, and cereal. There’s also a common living room with a comfortable couch and chairs. Everything was very clean. There are plenty of restaurants within a couple miles.
There’s a small wetland on the property, so if you’re there in the early spring, the frogs will be peeping! There are chairs on the porch and lawn.
I’m in the area regularly to visit family, so I will definitely be back!
