I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel.
Everything was awesome, all the staff from the maintenance man( immediate service) cleaning ladies, doormen, front desk staff and the manager went far beyond their duties.
We truly felt taken care of, they give 5 star service from a delicious breakfast to arranging tours, entertainment and just being so lovable.
Special thanks to Sally, she taught me so much about the culture and the country.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.❤️❤️❤️

The property is located in a very peaceful area overlooking a large rice field. It is perfect if you want to be away from the Hoi A crowds.
Ratings (out of 5):
*Location- 5 (intentionally not close to old town) 10 mins drive in either direction to the beach or old town.
*Rooms- 5. Well-appointed with very comfortable bed, bath robes, slippers, toiletries.
*Bath-5. Strong water pressure and fast hot water with hand held and rainfall shower heads.
*Property-4. There is a side of the property where there is no elevator for the rooms on second and third floors. Some maintenances seems to be deferred.
*Pool-4. Water drainage around the pool have plastic grills that are broken in many areas that can cause injuries. There are ample amount of lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas.
*Breakfast-4. Made to order eggs, buffet style fresh salads and fruit. They can use some additional hot food items.
*Service-5. All staff were friendly and eager to help.
Overall, we had a great stay and love the property. We will be back for a longer stay next time.
