We stayed here for a total of nine nights all was great except for two issues.
#1 The buffet breakfast while being of ample quantity lacked in quality.
#2 The hotel did not have people who could understand English that well. They did there best by using a cell phone (Top Marks) but it was a challenge.

Everything was satisfactory,the staff were as helpful as they could be considering the language barrier.
There obviously is not many English speaking guests that use this hotel.

the first night we were put to the motel side, which was rather dirty and my wife had allergy reaction. the next day we had to pay additional NT$300 per night to be able to move to the building side, which was very clean and comfortable. thus i gave the average rating
