It was a simple hotel in a local neighbor hood. We only stayed for on night and it suited our needs very well. We are a simple local restaurant and hsd a fantastic meal there.

We spent a happy week at the hotel as a base for a family reunion. Easily walkable into Lucca, parking easy outside and with overflow, and nice breakfast in the patio. Friendly staff with great recommendations. Only complaint is that rooms are rather basic, could use a refresh.
