Colin and Gail are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are warm and comfortable, but could do with an update. A new bed and sofa would add value to this property. However, for the price and location, which allows easy walking to anywherw in town, this property is hard to beat.

Run by a sweet elderly couple, the bath, kitchenette and linens were very clean. However, the carpeting was not and the facility could use a good freshening up. It is very convenient to everything in Martinborough and was inexpensive.
