The hotel is pretty nice, but a couple of blocks from the far end of the strip by the beach. It's a very safe town, so the 100 meters from other businesses isn't a problem, but it is a 10 minute walk to get into where most of the restaurants and bars start. However, you can catch the beach bus at the end of the block.
The breakfast is quite poor, they need to reduce the quantity of items and work on quality. Pool looked ok, but small. Air conditioning the room was good, water pressure and heat in shower was great. Only Brazilian 3 prong outlets in room which is a bit annoying.
