This is a gem of a hotel. If you want to be on the beach and a little out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Cannon Beach, this is a lovely spot. The rooms have a full kitchen, so it’s more like a condo. The views are amazing. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Sea Sprite at the Estuary for six nights, and I absolutely LOVED it. This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed—everything exceeded my expectations. It was heaven on earth.
I was in Room 23, and it was perfect. Nearly every window has a direct ocean view. Sitting in the jetted tub while looking at the ocean was incredible. The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was comfortable (especially the chair by the gas fireplace facing the ocean), and the bed was wonderful. The balcony with two chairs had an amazing view.
The setting is just beautiful—Ecola Creek behind you and the ocean beyond. It felt peaceful and almost magical. There was direct access to the beach with Haystack rock just a short walk away. The location is perfect: quiet and tucked away, yet just a short walk to quaint downtown.
Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
I loved this place so much I was already planning my next stay while I was there.
Only minor notes: parking is a bit tight with an SUV, the road in front is being repaired and has metal plates (be careful backing out), and one bedside lamp didn’t work.
I highly recommend Sea Sprite at the Estuary- a truly memorable and special experience. I wanted to stay forever- I cannot wait to return.
