Cathy was very helpful.
One piece of advice is that you have to arrive at the property early enough so that you can get the code to access the property.
I arrived at that property at 10:05 pm, I was locked out. I had to pay the full day use for nothing.

Everything was perfect! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend it.
