Definitely recommended.
Ticked away behind the busy streets of Ubud is the Sender Pool Suites.
Set in well maintained green gardens the pool villas are an escape from the Ubud traffic.
The suites themselves are spectacular, with their circular shape , thatched roof and outdoor bathroom they are very spacious and comfortable.
The staff are exceptionally happy to help with logistics , tours or general advice on the area. We used the hotel driver Aria for a half day tour of the area , his expertise was invaluable.
Breakfast was good but provided in the cafe adjoining the garden.
Only critism was the lack of sunshine on our pool.
Bit we would return without question.

Loved The Sender. Totally recommend. Pool a little difficult to get out of if you’re not fit as it just has a metal ladder but beautiful.

An amazing retreat after a busy day. Be mindful that there are quite a few steps all around the property.
