Everything was perfect but the showers were dirty and I had to stand in the shower to open and close the door but other then that stay ways good

The room was quiet, clean, included modern furnishings but was quite small. Its being renovated, there was no construction noise, but the common access points to to the hotel rooms look a bit rough! I'm sure once the reno's are done it will be a big improvement to those spaces. Plenty of car parking and easy to find.

Staff were helpful, but their open hours were limited. Power outlets did not work except for only one. Sink was clogged on the first day. Blanket under one of the two beds was stained and hidden under. The opening of electric water boiler/kettle was broken and unable to open; used the small opening to pour in water to still utilize. Used “do not disturb” sign for all days there as we preferred for our room to not be entered by house keeping for personal reasons; on of those days, I found out that one of house keepers entered our room as they refilled our counter with more coffee and sugar and fixed our beds. QR code to order food from room and to be delivered to room was not functioning; so, I had to order from downstairs. No functioning elevator; only stairs. On first day, we were told that we were able to use the stairs from inside of the hotel which I believe was safer. For the remaining three days, we had to use the side entrance from outside which ended up being the only entrance that led to more stairs to reach our room.
Unfortunately, there were many negatives/disadvantages than positive/benefits. I would say that the staff were helpful for the most part with what they could and able to, and the food at the restaurant was good for what it was worth. Additionally, one of the workers gave me a free fountain drink.
