Breakfast buffet was amazing every day! My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful massage in the spa. The staff could not have been more kind or welcoming. The location right across from the beach is perfect. Note: laundry facilities really means laundry service. I could have stayed here for my whole trip! Highly recommend.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at BlueSun Hotel. The room was excellent, the location was perfect, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
What really made this hotel stand out was the exceptional service. Every single staff member was friendly and welcoming, but I want to give special thanks to Annie, Mina, and the lovely lady from the restaurant whose name I unfortunately can't remember.
They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They even sent me WhatsApp messages every day to check if everything was going well and asked if there was anything they could help me with.
That level of genuine care is something you rarely experience.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer.
I travel a lot, and I can honestly say this is some of the best customer service I have ever received.
I highly recommend BlueSun Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang, and I will definitely stay here again the next time I return.
