Using Expedia got our group upgraded to the privilege status at this property, saving around $600 and providing us with multiple extra services. This included unique dining options, exclusive lounges, and services, like booking reservations for us. Overall, the stay was great, with only minor issues here and there, but nothing too serious. Service in some restaurants was a little slow, and some of the food could have been better, but most restaurants did not have that issue.

The resort itself is beautiful, I would not come back though. It’s advertised as an adults only but it’s only a section of the resort. The food was terrible some of the worst i’ve had in Mexico and just at any resort. The quality of the food especially the meats are bad. They also give your the cheapest type of liquors. The resort itself and any restaurant you go to there is very understaffed, you wait like 10-25 minutes for drinks, even for a soda.
