Very lovely place to stay in the old town! My room was very clean and spacious, and all of the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely pick Friends again as they do seem like old friends and make the stay seamless and easy to manage for guests. If you have a tour - be aware that it is only accessible from one side for vehicles but it makes it a bit safer in my opinion. You can buy little snacks and beer/water in the lobby if you need and fairly priced. Overall, I do recommend and would stay again. They also seamlessly handed my airport transfer despite a last minute schedule change and kept my luggage safe for me overnight as I took my trip to Mindo. A very trustworthy hotel and friendly folks!
