All the staff were brilliant. All food just the best. It has a full service restaurant on site with bar and you get anything there. Drinks, meals, snacks, souvenirs and more. The rooms are a good size and the bathroom is modern and clean. It is not a luxury hotel but it is better than a 2 star rating. Parking is totally available.

I loved the experience and the kids too. There was snow everywhere, I didn't expect it and being from Florida its a wow experience. The staff was nice and able to accommodate us very fast. I like that the place is old school, not too much digitalization and very well located for onenight experience. They have an elevator, very convinient as well. There is a small.market nearby for a quick grab and go.
I felt the humidity in the room. I was a little itchy just because the humidity of the area affects my allergies, but for others this might not be a bother. I would recomme d to use softener when washing the towels, they were really hard on the skin, specially if you are traveling with kids. They smelled clean and the room and mattress were very clean,. Very convinient the restaurant and they make really nice food. The breakfast was very good as well. It is worth it.

Good place to stay. Clean and the helpful staff. Breakfast was really good. Small town for a relaxing time. Rest and enjoying the nature.
