Just outstanding in every way. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast and attention to detail amazing. The room was terrific. Walking distance to Victoria Park and downtown. Just wonderful. We highly recommend this place.

Good welcome from staff and room upgrade as hotel was quiet. All the staff were friendly and helpful
Room was well furnished, but bathroom was cramped and access difficult.
Breakfast was poor value. The dinner menu did not suit us, so we ate out.
There was a problem with water supply to our room, that disrupted having a shower in the evening. The manager was very apologetic, and reduced the price in compensation.

A very warm-hearted, comfortable and clean house with a gourgeous manager and a wonderful team. We really enjoyed our stay here!
